Auto Guidance an addition to Auto pilot, allows you to merely touch your destination on the Garmin chart, then touch Auto Guidance.
The Auto guidance will automatically take you to that spot, no way points to establish, and it will never take your boat over any depth less than 24 ft.

The dynamic positioning system.
DPS with the touch of a button on the joy stick it will hold the boat in position indefinitely.
